before June 30, 2001. This request includes records:

• academic end scholastic grade reports
• any educational testing results
• health and immunizations records
• IEP's for all EC-Special Needs - Learning Disabilities, etc.
• psychological reports
• disciplinary files, if any
• any over records, K-Screening, etc. or that may be kept at another location
